Shipping Policy

Prairie Clay Tools ships from Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

All items are carefully packed using protective, environmentally conscious materials whenever possible. Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on order volume and production schedules.

Shipping Within Canada

We are excited to ship our 3D printed tools across Canada! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on package weight, size, and delivery location.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping to the United States & International

We are currently not shipping outside of Canada. We are hoping to offer shipping to the USA and many additional international locations in the spring of 2026.

Return & Exchange Policy

Prairie Clay Tools products are designed and made for working ceramic studios. We take pride in quality, durability, and thoughtful design.

Returns

Due to the nature of handmade and small-batch tools, returns are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for size or shape selection errors. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you’re unsure which tool is right for your work, feel free to contact us before ordering — we’re happy to help.
